Red Rose Vintage Lucite Carved Brooch

This beautiful lucite brooch has faceted sides and a red rose reverse carved into it. There are also textured green leaves The rose is almost iridescent, and the red colors reflect off the faceted sides of the brooch.
Lucite brooches were often hand made by injured soldiers as part of their recuperation following WW2 and so are full of romance and history.

This brooch measures 3.5cm square
Condition Good
There is some very minor surface scratching which is only visible at certain angles.
