Opening Black Silver Ring

This is a very pretty silver ring which opens. It has space for a small pill. A black glass cabochon stone rsits in the centre of the large dome. The stone is held in place by a silver shaped band and this opens by hinges.
The ring could be described as almost a secret locket. The ring is large being almost 3cm in diameter.
This would be a wonderful addition for a ring collector.
